SMART DOCUMENT

Provides a tag for setting templates to produce smart documents. Smart documents support custom actions such as saving and sending throughout their lifetime, and their contents can be automatically updated when the underlying data changes.

setSmartDocument

A tag for activating the Smart document status for the composed document.

If evaluated in a document that is already a Smart document, this tag does nothing.

Attributes

value

Required
Value type
EL-evaluated
No Boolean Yes
Should this attribute be undefined or its resolved value is true, the Smart document status is activated.
smartContent

Required
Value type
EL-evaluated
No Boolean Yes
This attribute can be used to make the composed document a Smart document with Smart content disabled, causing all tags to disappear from the document content after evaluation like with non-Smart documents. Should the resolved value be false, Smart content is disabled.

Do note that this attribute has no effect if value resolves to false, as a non-Smart document cannot have Smart content active.

If undefined, value of true is used.
